Idean takana on Bollywood Frost Entertainments & Fronesis Media, jotka yhdessä Bolly Beat Dance Schoolin kanssa lähtivät toteuttamaan flash mobia. Flash mobin koreografiat saimme tehdyksi parissa päivässä ja treenejä oli kaiken kaikkiaan 4 päivää.
Behind the idea were Bollywood Frost Entertainments & Fronesis Media, who organized the Flash mob with Bolly Beat Dance School. The choreographies of Flash Mob were done in 2 days and we had 4 days time to practise them.

Ensimmäisistä treeneistä lähtien tiesimme, että tästä tulee jotain suurta ja mahtavaa. Ihmisten innostus oli käsin kosketeltavissa. Saimme mukaan eri tanssilajien tanssijoita itämaisesta paraparaan, joista monelle tämä oli ensi kosketus Bollywood-tanssiin. Saimme mukaan myös ammattilaistanssijan vetämään Donin (valkoisessa puvussa oleva mieshenkilö) roolin. Mukaan lähti myös innokkaasti porukkaa, joilla ei ollut minkäänlaista tanssi taustaa. Kaiken kaikkiaan flash mobissa oli 60 tanssijaa! :)
From the very first training sessions, one could notice that this would be something great and awesome. One could sense the excitement. We had all kind of dancers from oriental dance to parapara. For most of them, this was the very first touch of Bollywood dancing. We got professional dancer to dance the role of Don (man in the white suit). There were also a lots of people who didn't have former dance experience at all. Total head count of Flash Mob was 60! :)
Bollywood Flash Mob järjestettiin Kampin kauppakeskuksessa keskiviikkona 11.01.2012 klo: 17:00. Paikalla oli parisen sataa katsojaa. Tiedotusvälineistä Nelonen saapui paikalle.
Bollywood Flash Mob was held in department store Kamppi at Wednesday 11.01.2012 at 5pm. There were about 200 people watching. Finnish Channel 4 was present.
